SRG驗廠注意事項：

SRG全稱Super Retail Group，為澳大利亞一個品牌商。

SRG驗廠包含SRG人權(quán)驗廠（即SRG社會責(zé)任驗廠），SRG質(zhì)量驗廠（也叫SRG QMS驗廠）兩個部分，一般指定SGS審核，審核中出現(xiàn)的所有問題點(diǎn)需要全部整改。目前SRG人權(quán)驗廠也接受BSCI的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

1.3 公司組織架構(gòu)圖 Organization chart；

1.4 (公司)廠區(qū)/廠房平面圖 Factory’s plane figure-factory floor plans；

1.5 生產(chǎn)工序流程圖 Production process chart；

2.1 ISO9000證書及最近一次外審報告ISO 9000 certificate and the calibration records;

2.12 設(shè)備維護(hù)計劃和記錄 Equipment maintainence plan and records;

2.13 CE/EMC/相關(guān)的產(chǎn)品測試化驗報告CE/ EMC/ Relevant product lab test reports;

2.14 其它相應(yīng)有效的安全證書Other corresponding valid safety certificate；

3.1 開發(fā)設(shè)計控制程序Design control procedure 3.2 設(shè)計計劃或任務(wù)書及審核記錄 Design planning and input review record；

SRG社會責(zé)任驗廠審核清單：

1.工卡或考勤記錄（過去十二個月），包括在職與離職人員。如果是使用電子考勤，審核員可能需要從計算 機(jī)直接審閱考勤記錄，審閱是會在企業(yè)職員協(xié)助下進(jìn)行。

Timecards or Attendance Records (Last 12 Months), including active employees and resignation employees. If electi'onics time card is used, the auditor may need to review the time record directly fiom the computei; with the assistance from the facility staff;

2.工資表（過去十二個月）,包括在職與離職人員。如果工資是通過銀行轉(zhuǎn)賬發(fā)放，請同時提供銀行轉(zhuǎn)賬記錄。

Payioll Records (Last 12 months)), including active employees and resignation employees. If wage paid by Bank Transfei、Bank Transfer record is required accordingly;

3.員工花名冊及員工個人檔案(含身份證復(fù)印件);

Employee Roster and Employee Personnel Records (including I.D. card copy);

4.勞動合同；

Labor Contract；

5.請假記錄，離職審請/審批記錄;

Leave Application Form. Resignation Application Form with Approval;

6.社會保險收據(jù)，參保人員花名冊，肖地參保要求文件或合格證明文件等；

Social Insurance Receipts, Name List, Social Insurance Local Policy or Qualified Certificate, etc.；

7.工商營業(yè)執(zhí)照；

Business Registiation；

8.建筑工程消防驗收意見書或消防備案記錄、消防檢查報告；

Constniction Project File Safety Acceptance Docimient/Record or File Safety Inspection Certificate；

9.消防演習(xí)記錄、緊急疏散計劃及工傷記錄等

10.特種設(shè)備注冊登記證（表）及檢驗報告，如屯梯、起重機(jī)械、場（廠）內(nèi)專用機(jī)動車輛、鍋爐及壓力

容器(含氣瓶，壓力表及安全閥)等(如有)

Special Appliance Registration Certificate and Inspection Report, such as Lift, Lifting Appliance, Inside Special motor vehicle. Boiler and Compressing Equipment (including Gas Cylinders, Gauge and Safety Valve) and etc.. 特種設(shè)備作業(yè)人員操作證，如電梯司機(jī)、起重機(jī)械司機(jī)、場（廠）內(nèi)專用機(jī)動車輛司機(jī)、鍋爐操作工、 壓力容器操作工等（如有）。

Special Opeiation License, such as Electrician, Welder and etc, if any:
